SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Canada

Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days — Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD, otherwise $10 CAD
Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days — Starting at $20 CAD
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. A tracking number is provided via email upon shipment.

United States

Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days — Starting at $15 CAD
Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days — Starting at $30 CAD
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Customs duties and import taxes may apply upon receipt — these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

France

Standard Delivery: 10 to 20 business days — Starting at $20 CAD
Express Delivery: 5 to 8 business days — Starting at $40 CAD
Orders are shipped via La Poste or DHL. VAT and applicable customs duties are included in the price for orders under €150 (IOSS). Above this threshold, additional charges may apply upon receipt.

Order Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect shipping address. Please verify your information before confirming your order.
