Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
No order cancellations are accepted.

Refund policy for delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. We accept exchanges up to 30 days from less 40% sales, the date of purchase. Return costs for transport are at the buyer's expense, as well as for the delivery of the item to be returned for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, swimwear, underwear, jewelry.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

We will make you an exchange only valid in store (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, your exchange will be processed within a reasonable time.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is issued.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dm2shop.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@dm2shop.com and send your item to: DM2 Shop, 1337, Notre-Dame Ouest, Victoriaville QC G6P 7L5, Canada.

Delivery (RETURN)
To return your product, you must send your product to: DM2 Shop, 1337, Notre-Dame Ouest, Victoriaville QC G6P 7L5, Canada

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
