Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days — Free on orders over $100 CAD; otherwise, starts at $12 CAD
Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days — Starts at $20 CAD
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. A tracking number is provided via email upon shipment.

CANADA

Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days - starts at $12 CAD
Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days — Starts at $20 CAD

United States

Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days — Starts at $15 CAD
Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days — Starts at $30 CAD
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Customs fees and import taxes may apply upon delivery; these charges are the customer's responsibility.

France

Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 business days — Starts at $20 CAD
Express Shipping: 5 to 8 business days — Starts at $40 CAD
Orders are shipped via La Poste or DHL. Applicable VAT and customs duties are included in the price for orders under €150 (IOSS). Above this threshold, additional fees may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking: A confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent upon shipment. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
